Lo-fi mov's are mono, 20k QDesign 2 encoded QT 3 movies, EQ'd with less bass to sound clearer on small speakers. Needs Quicktime 3 or above.			Hi-fi mp3's are stereo, 128k constant rate mp3's. These are clean high quality versions.

The lower quality versions are all still available to listen to, so you can get an idea of what everything sounds like. More of an incentive to buy the CD!
